Although it can teach you French from the beginning to the end, you cannot learn more things like culture from your teacher because this person doesn't have the quality to teach more things than the language itself.

Second, learn French with the software. Nowadays the French learning software items are various and you can choose one as your assistant. You can find some easy tips and you can also go to the online French learning lessons where you can learn French well. This way is similar to the classroom learning. But anyway such tools may help you succeed in speaking one new language, at least French.
